WASHINGTON (11/29/2007) - Hyde Park Communications, a strategic public affairs firm, announced today that Shanna Duncan has been promoted to senior vice president. Duncan provides strategic counsel and manages consumer marketing, constituency relations and public affairs programs for the firm's health care clients.

A native Texan, Ms. Duncan is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.A. in communications.
